Anabulku is operated by PT Vincere Digital Indonesia (“we”, “the service”), a company based in Bali and Jakarta, Indonesia. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users (“you”, “pawrents”). This policy explains what data we collect when you use the Anabulku app, how we use it, and your rights over that data.
By using Anabulku, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Data we collect
Account information
- The name and email address you register with
- Phone number (optional, for your pet's emergency contact)
- Password (stored as a hash, never in plain text)
Your pet's data
- Name, breed, age, weight, sex
- Vaccination and medication history
- Vet visit notes, prescriptions, lab results
- Photos you upload (optional)
App usage data
- In-app interactions (features used, reminders opened)
- Technical data: device type, OS, app version, crash logs
- IP address (for security and anti-fraud)
3. How we use your data
- To provide the core service (reminders, timeline, family sharing)
- To give personal recommendations from Anabulku AI (based on your own pet's data)
- To send notifications for vaccine, grooming, and medication schedules
- To improve service quality and detect bugs
- To answer support questions
4. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is only shared in the following situations:
- Family members you invite — they only see the pet data you choose to share.
- Infrastructure providers — such as cloud services and SMS/email providers. They process data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality agreements.
- Law enforcement — if required by Indonesian legislation or a valid court order.
5. Data security
We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest, and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized engineering team members only, with audit logs. Your password is stored as an irreversible hash.
6. Data storage
Your data is stored on regional Southeast Asia servers (Singapore and Jakarta). We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
7. Your rights over your data
- Access — request a copy of all the data we hold about you (exported in PDF/CSV format).
- Correction — change inaccurate data directly from the app.
- Deletion — delete your account along with all its data (via Settings › Account › Delete Account).
- Restrict usage — turn off certain features such as Anabulku AI or notifications.
- Portability — export your data in a format that can be moved to another service.
8. Cookies & tracking
On this website, we use minimal cookies for your login session and language preference. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking such as Facebook Pixel. For analytics, we use a privacy-respecting self-hosted solution (no fingerprinting).
9. Children's data
Anabulku is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email and an in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest version.
