1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Anabulku app (“the service”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
These terms are a legal agreement between you and PT Vincere Digital Indonesia (“we”, “Anabulku”), a company based in Bali and Jakarta, Indonesia.
2. Description of the service
Anabulku is a pet care app that provides:
- Pet health schedule management (vaccines, medication, grooming)
- Health timeline and medical history
- Sharing features with family members
- A personal AI assistant (Premium plan)
The basic service is available for free. Certain features such as Anabulku AI are only available through the paid Premium plan.
3. User accounts
Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated when it changes.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access via support@vincere.team.
4. User content
You fully own all the content you upload (pet photos, health records, vet prescriptions). We do not claim ownership.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you and the family members you invite — solely to provide this service.
5. Premium subscription
Fees and payment
- Monthly Premium: Rp 39.000/month
- Annual Premium: Rp 349.000/year (save 25%)
- All prices include VAT
Automatic renewal
Your Premium subscription renews automatically at the end of the period, unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time from Settings › Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — there are no partial refunds.
Refunds
For annual subscriptions, you can request a full refund within the first 14 days if you have not used Anabulku AI more than 5 times. Contact support@vincere.team.
6. Medical disclaimer — IMPORTANT
Anabulku and Anabulku AI are not a substitute for consulting a professional veterinarian.
The information provided by Anabulku AI is educational and informational only. For diagnosis, treatment, or emergencies, always contact a licensed veterinarian. Anabulku is not responsible for medical decisions made based solely on information from the app.
If your pet shows emergency symptoms (difficulty breathing, bleeding, seizures, poisoning), go to the nearest vet clinic immediately — do not wait for an AI response.
7. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of Indonesian law
- Upload content that infringes the rights of others
- Attempt to access other users' systems or data without permission
- Perform reverse engineering or automated scraping
- Misuse Anabulku AI to spread false medical information
8. Intellectual property
All rights to the Anabulku app, design, logo, and code belong to PT Vincere Digital Indonesia. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Anabulku is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
You can terminate your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend your access if you are found to violate these terms, with prior notice (except for serious violations).
After termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to the terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before they take effect via email and an in-app banner. Continuing to use the service after the changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably through deliberation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled at the South Jakarta District Court.
